Witness the bounty that nature offers in our winter season—mushrooms, winter greens, wild roots, medicinal herbs, and many other tasty ingredients! And while we forage we will learn how to tend waterways and trees, to support these amazing plants and landscapes so that they flourish and become more resilient.
