After more than 25 years leading teams and mentoring others in the corporate world, I made the Russian River my home and the heart of my next chapter. Through Kyle Ewing Coaching & Advisory, I work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who want to feel more clear, capable, and fulfilled in their work and life.

I help people get unstuck, see new possibilities, and take meaningful steps toward what matters most to them. I especially love supporting local business owners who pour their energy into making this community thrive.

When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me hiking in Armstrong Woods with my husband, Scott, kayaking on the river, or walking my rescue pittie, Buddy, through town.
