The Funky Forest

 
The Funky Forest is a 501(c)3 non-profit and was created to support local artists, musicians, and small businesses by providing access to entertainment and business opportunities to foster creativity, economic growth, and community enrichment.  
 
The main event of The Funky Forest each year is the Forestville Holiday Faire, a festive street-faire-style event along Front Street in downtown Forestville.  Decorated restaurants and shops await, with lots of vendor booths scattered all throughout downtown offering unique foods and gifts.  Two wandering brass band trios will be playing holiday music, and festive holiday dancers will be spreading the holiday spirit.  Be sure to check out the kids’ area, and watch out…  rumor has it the Grinch is paying us a visit.  And of course, Santa will be there!
 
The Funky Forest will also be hosting an annual Mardi Gras Party in Forestville, and possibly a few other events throughout the year!
