Hello Friends and Welcome to Events Uncorked!

I’m Alison Hatcher, Founder of Events Uncorked, a company specializing in Event Production and Design. Our motto is Simple, Intimate, Grand, highlighting Special Occasions, Destination Weddings, Honeymoons, and Wellness Retreats. We are located in the heart of Sonoma’s Wine Country – where gracious hospitality abounds and celebration of life’s blessings is infectious.

Events Uncorked encompasses three of my true passions: Service, Hospitality, and Tourism, all at professional levels. I have an in-depth knowledge of weddings, social and corporate events, venue management, production, and travel.

My event foundation started at The Lodge at Torrey Pines, continuing on to two decades of experience at countless other properties, many of them with Crown Weddings & Events. I later earned the Honeymoons & Destination Wedding Specialist designation from the Travel Institute as an International Travel Advisor, planning specialty food & wine tours around the world. I have been described as having a “Hospitality Heart” and I treasure this compliment, as transparent as it may be.

I have serviced clients and guests by way of many different styles, and this versatility allows me to mold my services to fit many occasions – from backyard birthday parties to Burning Man themed soirées with fire dancers, to elegant weddings, to relaxed corporate retreats, and anything in between.

I am continually inspired by connecting with people from various cultures and backgrounds.  This beloved human connection comes from deep within my soul and has led me to encompass my true passions into my work.
