RV camped at AutoCamp Russian River

AutoCamp Russian River

Locals know winter is the best time to visit the Russian River. The pace is relaxed and peaceful, the vines are starting to leaf out, and the flowering trees are blooming at AutoCamp Russian River in Guerneville, just ninety minutes north of San Francisco.

25 beautiful custom-built Airstream trailers with memory foam mattresses and (returning in April) 10 luxurious camping tents are nestled among shady redwoods, easy walking or biking distance from the Russian River and downtown Guerneville. This is camping with the creature comforts of a luxury hotel, including Ursa Major bath products.

Opened four years ago on property formerly occupied by Molly Brown’s restaurant and the long-closed Spooner’s resort, in the woods behind Garden Grill, AutoCamp Russian River is a jewel in the crown of a growing AutoCamp group that started in Santa Barbara and includes recent additions in Yosemite and Cape Cod.

AutoCamp Russian River recently added a tipi to the property, for conferences and meetings, available to groups of guests and also to local businesses and organizations. The tipi accommodates up to fifty.

The property includes a mid-century modern architectural clubhouse where breakfast is served, and a convenient shop with local wine & beer, snacks, and camping essentials.

Many of the Airstreams at AutoCamp Russian River are dog-friendly, and you’ll find miles of hiking trails in the surrounding redwoods. Please check the resort’s dog policy before checking in to AutoCamp.
